At Everything Flows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policies below.

1. Return Window

🟡 We accept returns within 30 days after receiving your order.
🟡 The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Sale or discounted products.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items by the customer.

3. Return Process

 To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at everythingflows25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions to return the product.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank, the time for the refund to reflect may vary.

5. Product Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

❌ If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 of days, after receiving it so we can resolve it at no extra cost.
